G. Stone's Cocktail Syrups

CANE400pxWhile w're waiting through the permitting process necessary to make alcohol, we'll begin with a selection of non-alcoholic cocktail syrups.

First up:

  G. Stone's Cane & Gum - A simple syrup made with pure artesian spring water, cane sugar and gum arabic.  Since the days of the earliest cocktails, gum arabic was added to syrups for extra smooth cocktails with more body.  We feel that the particular balance we've achieved between the sweetness and added silky smooth mouthfeel makes this the ideal cocktail sweetener; and we think you'll agree.

  G. Stone's Grenadine - Made with real pomegranate fruit and no artificial anything. Most grenadine you'll find in stores these days are merely corn syrup, water, and red food dye, a pale shadow of the tart and flavorful pomegranate liqueur that was the original grenadine. G. Stone's Grenadine returns to the traditional fruity flavor that you'll need for those classic cocktails.

More on these soon!
