Whisky & Gin

We plan to take full advantage of the plentiful grain grown in Washington State: wheat, corn, barley and rye. These will form the basis for our whisky as well as white spirits such as gin and vodka.

As production draws near, we'll offer a "Whisky Futures" barrel program where you'll have the opportunity to own your own barrel of whisky and to monitor it as it ages!  Federal law won't allow us to sell whisky in the barrel, but when it's ready for bottling, you'll receive the barrel as a keepsake, or you may choose to put your private label whisky back in it for further aging.
