After two successful and thrill-packed distillations of Marteau, it’s time to get this precious fluid in the bottle.
The bottling that was scheduled for this Saturday, the 28th, was postponed and has now been set for Sunday, May 6th at 11 a.m..
Please RSVP if you’ll be able to make the bottling, but mostly just to let me know that you saw this. Otherwise I’ll lose sleep wondering if people are going to show up to an empty distillery tomorrow.
Much Gratitude, and Best Wishes to You for a Glorious Weekend!

How many people would you ideally like to help with the bottling?
Where will this be held? I’d love to help, but it’s gotta be via bus.
@Jeff: We like to have at least a dozen, but it’s nice to have some backup in case someone can’t make it at the last minute.
@Rhonda: It’s in Woodinville. That may be a challenge if you’re still in Lynnwood. I checked the trip planner and it has the bus going all the way into downtown Seattle, then back up to Woodinville. We may be able to arrange a ride share though.
Any idea when Marteau might be available for purchase through Catskill Cellars? I have been holding off on ordering waiting for Marteau, but my absinthe supply is getting dangerously low…
Alan, we should be shipping to our NY distributor within a few weeks.
Sorry i’m getting back late. Still need help? e-mail me or call.
2″ x 4″ labels – we have these available and can print on them if needed. Wasn’t sure if you needed the extra 5/16″ of height. We open officially at 10 but are in the store now if you wanted to stop by on your way to Woodinville from Seattle.

Thanks, Pam! You rock; thanks for all of your help yesterday. Tell your boss I said you deserve a promotion.
We got the label situation handled temporarily, but I’ll stop in to see you soon.
Cheers!
